Thank you so much to everyone who came out to enjoy an evening of Detox, Colour and Fashion Fung Shui information on Wednesday! Here's what some of you had to say: It was great to get out, meet some new people and I really enjoyed the information presented! The Ion Cleanse was great and I felt wonderful afterward. Walking my Talk!

Ok, so I woke up from a long, lazy sleep on the couch yesterday afternoon and thought, GOD, why am I still so darn tired? I laid back down and did a little searching as to what's going on with me lately.... I had an AHA moment. I AM NOT walking my talk! I'm driving on the highway, but my brakes are on... I've been so busy taking care of everyone else, but myself. I'm great at helping people, healing, giving great advice to help people feel better physically, emotionally and mentally, but why don't I do this for myself? Hmmm. I can't keeping giving unless I am healthy and clear myself. Time for a shift in energy for me, time to walk my talk! Saturday morning, after a great night's sleep, I woke up early. Had a RED Colour Energy bath, wow did that get me going...then off to my healing room where I pampered myself with an Ion Cleanse Detox Footbath~ Yuck. A little meditation and I'm feeling great. Made myself a great big glass of fresh juice with carrots, apples, oranges, pineapples and ginger. Yummy. Off to a good start
