We ask that you remove any alerts on your phone so you can be more engaged in ceremony and free from distractions. 

As well, this ceremony will not be recorded. The power of ceremony is created when we sit in circle together fully showing up for ourselves and others. As online gatherings become more popular, it's important for us to uphold the integrity of the circle as best as possible. 

So it's for that reason, we do not record this session. It also creates boundaries and trust around our sacred selves - you are free to express without the pressure of being recorded :)
