I am truly blessed and grateful to be offering a weekly meditation at Just BREATH Yoga here is Lacombe. It is a beautiful space to gather!

Sunday evenings at 5:30pm and alternate Sundays at 7:30pm

NOTE: I am offering ***ONE KARMA*** space per week for someone who would love to join but is unable to swing the fees.

If this is you please PM me as I will be starting up a list and will contact you to discuss. This will also include you helping with some cleanup after the meditation practise in giving back.

In today's busy world, it is more essential than ever to give the thinking mind some time out and allow the body and mind time to rest.

During our rest, restore renew meditation practise, we give ourselves permission to rest into our mat on the floor, lying in stillness, comfort, with support of bolsters, blankets, eye pillows.

This is where we fully experience a sense of deep relaxation our minds and bodies truly need - that deep rest to recover and restore, to peel away layers of daily stress and drop into rest….our body’s sanctuary of healing.

Too many of us spend countless hours in “fight or flight” mode – ever alert, ever available, and constantly reacting to an overflow of news and notifications.

Our moments in a “rest and digest” state, the opposite of "fight or flight," are far fewer all the time. And yet our minds and bodies truly need that deep rest to recover and restore.

We will finish our rest, restore renew meditation practise with a short sound bath and aura cleanse for each participant.

Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, bolster, & eye-mask or light cloth for meditation. Note: If you don’t have a bolster, Just Breath Yoga Studio will have some available
